Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Our other plans don't currently include a free trial.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. All payments are securely processed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no lock-in contracts. Cancel anytime from your billing settings and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Do staff members need their own accounts?
Staff get a free iOS app to view their shifts, request swaps, and manage availability. No extra cost per staff member beyond the plan limits.
What happens if I exceed my staff limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. Existing staff aren't affected — you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
