How do I get help with RosterWay?
Email us at [email protected] with as much detail as you can — your business name, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if you have one. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
How do I manage my subscription or billing?
Sign in to RosterWay and open Billing in your dashboard to change plan, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. See the Terms of Service for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from within the app, or email [email protected] and we will action it for you. Deleting your account removes your personal information from our active systems, subject to any records we must keep to meet legal obligations.
